FSD L/II Vertical double-level fly-shuttle embroidery machine tilizes computer to control the embroidery pattern and the mechanical drive, which results in simplified the drive unit of the machine and reduced load of the moving parts, as well as obvious high performance. Now customers can set up the machine parameters easily and swiftly. Embroidery quality can therfore be improved greatly.

The embroidery loom is driven by the precisely controlled driven system so as to ensure that movement of the embroidery loom is perfectly synchronous to that of the driving unit, with working data automatically stored.
The thread feeding system is designed with auxiliary rolling thread startup function, so that tension of the thread can be easily set up, thus greatly reducing thread breaking possibility.
The control system and software of the machine help achieve first-rate embroidery quality under maximum operating speed.
